Donnie Neuenberger has been competing in the Busch Grand National Series in The University of Maryland Car, #77 with Jimmy Means. Our race schedule this year has included BGNS Daytona, Talladega, Texas and Dover. NCTS - Charlotte. We expect to compete in 7 BGN races in 2003 which includes Dover in the Fall. We also will be returning to Talladega to compete in the ARCA race in September.
In addition to the above race schedule we continue our fund raising relationship with our current major sponsor - The University of Maryland. We successfully completed the sale of our 1:24 scale die cast which enabled us to present the University of Maryland, Dr. Mote (head of the University), a $20,000.00 check at recently held Maryland Day to support the Athletic Program, Education Program and the preservation of the Maryland Terrapin Turtle. We are very proud to continue the Maryland Racing Program with the support / assistance of the University and the funding of our associate sponsors. A University of Maryland Racing Team Membership Program will debut in July 2003 to support plans for a history making full time race schedule in 2004.
University of Maryland - The University of Maryland is the current winner of the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl game tied second for the ACC Football title. In addition to the winning Football seasons the Terrapin Basketball team made their 10th-straight NCAA tournament appearance, going as far as the Sweet Sixteen.... finished tied for second in the ACC. The Delmarva Shorebirds - A Maryland based Baltimore Orioles Class A Farm baseball team. Donnie was featured at this past Tuesday's NASCAR night held at the Salisbury Maryland Stadium. Our Show car and Donnie were featured at the evening game. We announced our upcoming 1:64 scale die cast. The diecast will have three different University of Maryland cars. The three cars will feature a different Maryland based Baltimore Orioles Farm Team - The Delmarva Shorebirds, The Bowie Baysocks, and the Frederick Keys. The purchase of the 3 different cars will complete a collectors set. Each baseball team will feature the sale of their team race car at their stadium stores for the fans. This is a 1:64 Racing Champion collectible. Available in early August. Bull On The Beach - Bull on the Beach is a family owned and operated restaurant. The restaurant was established in 1980 and recently opened its fourth location.
